Tess Slagle
Simple Wellness is a place to let go of the outside world and just be. In my 10 years of
being a Massage Therapist, I have learned the importance of time. Time is something
we so often take so little of when taking care of ourselves.

"Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit."
B.K.S. Iyengar
We will take time to address your areas of tension and your body's history. Afterwards, you have a few minutes to breathe, clear your mind and be present to receive healing.
